ANNA RAE

I didn’t find this path. It found me.

There’s a particular kind of confusion that comes when your body starts changing and nobody around you has the language for it. When you’re doing everything you’ve always done — training, eating well, managing your stress as best you can — and something still feels fundamentally off.

That was me.

My Story

I knew something was shifting before I had words for it.

I’m a fitness and wellness coach. I understand the body — the science of it, the mechanics of it. And still, when the changes started coming for me, I didn’t immediately recognise them for what they were.

The fatigue that sleep didn’t fix. The recovery that took longer than it should. The sense that my old strategies weren’t landing the way they used to. Small things, at first. Easy to explain away.

But I’m someone who investigates. So I went deeper — into functional testing, into hormonal health, into the research on what actually happens to the female body as it moves out of its reproductive years. And what I found changed everything.

Not just how I coach. How I understand myself.

Perimenopause isn’t a sudden event. It’s a long, gradual transition — and it begins much earlier than most women expect. It touches your sleep, your metabolism, your mood, your joints, your stress response, your relationship with exercise. It rewrites the rules you thought you knew about your own body.

And almost nobody talks about it honestly.

What I believe

Your body isn’t working against you. It’s asking for something different.

I built the Anna Rae Method because I needed it myself — and because I kept meeting women in my practice who were exhausted, confused, and quietly convinced they had somehow failed their own bodies.

They hadn’t. They just needed a framework that was actually designed for them.

Here’s what sits at the core of everything I do:

Hormones are information, not inconvenience.

When your body changes, it’s communicating. Our job is to learn the language — not override it.

There is no universal programme.

Your symptoms, your history, your lifestyle, your biology — they are yours. Your approach to training and nutrition should be too.

Intensity without foundation is a shortcut to burnout.

Especially now. Especially in perimenopause. We build slow, we build smart, and we build something that lasts.

Rest is productive.

Your nervous system is not a machine. In perimenopause, recovery isn’t optional — it’s where the results actually happen.

You are not too late, too old, or too far gone.

You are in a transition. And transitions, when you understand them, become the most powerful moments of change.

My background

The science behind the intuition

I hold certifications in Precision Nutrition, Advanced Coaching through OPEX, and specialist training in Hormonal Health and Optimising Performance Through the Menstrual Cycle.

That combination is intentional. It means the programmes I build sit at the intersection of how you eat, how you train, and how your hormones shape both — at every phase of your life.

I also have a working understanding of functional health testing — including gut health and comprehensive hormonal panels — and where relevant, I’ll help you understand what your results mean for your training and nutrition. Ordering and interpreting that testing sits with the right medical professionals, and I’ll always tell you when something needs to go beyond my scope.

What I bring is the piece in between — translating what’s happening in your body into a training and nutrition approach that actually makes sense for where you are right now.

I work with women both locally in Jeddah at CORE Life, a luxury private wellness club, and online globally through Anna Rae Wellness.

What I offer isn’t a quick fix. It’s a genuine rethinking of how you relate to your body — informed by science, shaped by personal experience, and built around you.

This is where it starts.

If any part of this page felt like it was written about you — the confusion, the exhaustion, the sense that something has shifted and nobody’s giving you a straight answer — you’re exactly who this is for.

Let’s find your starting point together.
