Each month, your training and nutrition plan shifts with your hormones- for women navigating PMS, PCOS, perimenopause or exhausted by programmes that weren’t designed for them. Four points description: - cycle synced training plan, updated monthly, - hormonal nutrition guidance & meal planning, - weekly check in calls or voice notes, daily WhatsApp support between sessions.
